"Iraq is bounded on the east by Iran, on the north by Turkey, on the west by Syria and Jordan, and on the south by Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. Most Iraqis speak Arabic, although Kurdish is also used especially in the northern part of the country." -Iraq GECF

Iraq has two primary languages in Arabic and Kurdish (most commonly found in the northern region of the country). Iraq has a sustainable economy thanks to the output of oil and natural gases. Unfortunately, the tumultuous aftermath of the Coronavirus has left the economy unstable.

There are many regions of the country that contribute to the economy of Iraq. In the northern region of Iraq, agriculture and the harvesting of oil and natural gases in the southern region is the primary source of income. “Two-thirds of the Iraqi economy is powered by oil production. Various estimates indicate that Iraq has approximately 141 billion barrels of oil that is one of the largest reserves in the world. Existing oil fields are widely dispersed with fields in the South of the country currently producing the highest output.”
